Workshare has had no reported issues or conflicts with MS Word’s AutoSave feature – this would be the first. Problems with Word autosave

Hello, Has anyone come across with this auto save problem? It looks like the Word ribbon is causing the Word 2007 auto saves to jam for a long time. After a while the program starts to move again but this is really annoying our users. Is this a known problem? Best regards LOMM
