Workshare Protect Server Client
With this desktop client interface end-users can select unique profile options for specific email recipients. This lightweight add-on to Microsoft Outlook provides system administrators the ability to present different document options to end-users; such as the ability to remove hidden information, skip metadata removal, or convert outgoing documents to PDF.

Unique document profiles provide more end-use control:
- Leave document comments in outgoing documents
- Leave in edits made with Microsoft Track Changes
- Convert emailed document to a PDF
- Remove all hidden information from the document
- Leave the document untouched and clean nothing
Through a simple user interface, end-users see a pop-up dialog box and are able to select from a list of profiles defined by the administrator.
