When I used Workshare (formerly DeltaView) program within a IT contracts/proposal environment I had to use Microsoft Word's very limited compare program to compare changes to contracts and proposals. The program is fast, clear and flexible and accelerates the document review process. Workshare integrates with Outlook and other Office products to clean up documents before you send them. The PDF-to-Word , Word-to-PDF tools are another great feature.
