NetDocuments Integration Option

Workshare's broad integration with NetDocuments, a leading provider of on-demand document management and collaboration services, offers you a richer document lifecycle management solution.

You can select an original document from the NetDocuments online document management system and compare it to one or more modified documents using Workshare Compare. Modified documents can then be saved directly back into NetDocuments.

Utilizing Workshare and NetDocuments provides multiple options to initiate comparisons with features available within Workshare and also within Microsoft Word.

Within Microsoft Word:

• Users can select a comparison document from NetDocuments for redlining, and then save the document directly to NetDocuments.
• Redlined documents can be named, profiled and filed to a matter-centric workspace.

Within Microsoft Outlook:

• Users can compare email attachments to a document selected from NetDocuments.
• Workshare's document redline summary contains NetDocuments document ID and version information for the original documents, making it easy to track back to the sources of the document redline.
