How can a technical support contract (SSS) be purchased?

Does Workshare offer a volume discount for product software purchases?

Yes, for purchases of 10 user licenses or more. The discount is automatically applied on the online store.

When purchasing Workshare software, via the online store only, it is also possible to purchase a back up CD at the same time. When will it arrive?

The standard arrival time for all Back up CDs is 14 business days. If you have not received your back up CD please contact Digital River Customer Services.

Do we offer NonProfit/Government organizations discounts on purchases?

We do not currently offer discounts to these types of organization. However, if you purchase 10 or more licenses online you will automatically receive a 10% discount.

If I have purchased a 12 month subscription (term) license will the software stop working after 12 months ?

Yes, the term of the license is for 12 months only, so you will need to re-purchase the software/renew the license in order to continue using the software after the initial 12 month period.
